Final Thoughts

Would you recommend this internship to a friend?

Yes.

Are you returning?

No, but I did get a return offer.

Summary

I worked as a manufacturing intern and I worked on the shop floor so I got to see a lot of things others might not. The company is great and very supportive but the work culture within factory workers is not great. My team was always very helpful so that made the experience a whole lot better. The work I got was not particularly challenging but it gave me sufficient exposure to the industry. The employee resource groups are highly active which was definitely one of my favorite things about the company. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to anyone.
